Welcome to Carroll Vista Community Association!

Carroll Vista Community Association is a community for active adults age 55 and better located in Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland.  We are minutes away from historic Gettysburg PA and Westminster MD and within 60 miles of Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

Our community is special to us…it is the place we call home and the people we call neighbors. Carroll Vista Community Association has a multitude of attractions, including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse with an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, arts and crafts room, a golf simulator, plus billiard and card rooms. Outdoors you’ll meet neighbors at our outdoor swimming pool, along the network of scenic walking paths, resting by our beautiful water features, or at the meditation and butterfly gardens. Along with a variety of clubs ranging from bingo to woodcarving, residents may participate in sports activities including bocce ball, pickle ball, horseshoes, tennis, table tennis, a four-hole chip and putt, and golf course.
